Section 4-6-131 - Appropriations - Maintenance allowance included in requests

For the purpose of requesting appropriations from the general assembly, a per capita allowance for the inmates, patients and pupils of each of the institutions shall be arrived at and a total allowance for maintenance asked for on the basis of actual number and estimated increase.Acts 1919, ch. 39, § 23; Shan.
