Section 4-6-138 - Use of inmates for personal gain

It is unlawful for any person having supervision or control of inmates of the department of correction to use, or allow to be used, such inmates for personal gain or to allow such inmates to work on private property, except as provided by law.Acts 1953, ch. 180, § 1 (Williams, § 418.2); impl. am.
