Section 4-7-101 - Establishment - Personnel

There shall be a police force to be known and designated as the Tennessee highway patrol, which shall consist of one (1) chief and such other personnel as may be designated by the commissioner of safety, with the approval of the governor.Acts 1929 (Ex.
