Section 4-7-108 - Carrying pistol

It is lawful for Tennessee highway patrol officers employed by the Tennessee highway patrol to wear or carry a pistol at such times as they are in uniform and on active duty, in like manner as the city or metropolitan police officers.Acts 1931, ch. 62, § 1; mod.
