Section 4-8-104 - Police powers of security guards

(a) The security guards are vested with police powers.(b) It is their duty to arrest any and all persons committing nuisances or misdemeanors in or around the capitol, annexes, or on the grounds, or for other violation of law, and take such offender or offenders before some magistrate for trial and punishment.Acts 1899, ch. 198, § 5; Shan., § 304; mod.
