Section 40-11-135 - Return of bail bond after arrest

The sheriff making the arrest under § 40-11-134 shall return the copy of the bail bond, with an endorsement of the sheriff's action, in the same manner as the sheriff is required to return a capias.Acts 1978, ch. 506, § 33; T.C.A., § 40-1235.
