Section 40-11-207 - Notice to district attorney general of sale of land

In all cases of sales under execution issued to collect the amount of forfeiture taken upon appearance bonds in criminal cases, it is the duty of the sheriff to send to the district attorney general for the district in which the sale is to be made a copy of the advertisement of the sale.Acts 1921, ch. 140, § 2; Shan.
