Section 40-11-212 - Sheriff's deed delivered to district attorney general

Upon delivery of the certificate by the district attorney general to the sheriff, the sheriff shall issue a deed to the state for the lands so purchased by the state and deliver it to the district attorney general in whose district the purchase is made.Acts 1925, ch. 63, § 1; Shan.
