Section 40-12-208 - Record of proceedings

(a) All proceedings, except when the investigative grand jury is deliberating or voting, shall be recorded stenographically.(b) Any unintentional failure of any recording to reproduce all or any portion of a proceeding shall not affect the validity of the prosecution.(c) The recording, the reporter's notes or any transcript prepared from the recording or notes shall remain in the custody or control of the district attorney general unless otherwise ordered by the court in a particular case.Acts 1990, ch. 1051, § 1.
