Section 40-13-210 - Jurisdiction to support alleged judgment

In pleading a judgment or other determination or proceeding before a court or officer, it is not necessary to state the facts conferring jurisdiction, but the judgment, determination or proceeding may be stated to have been duly given or made, but the facts required to give the jurisdiction shall appear on the trial.Code 1858, § 5128; Shan., § 7091; Code 1932, § 11636; T.C.A.
