Section 40-13-216 - Alleging conspiracy

Indictments for conspiracy framed under any of the provisions of title 39, chapter 12, part 1 shall not be held insufficient by reason of the general nature of the charges preferred or for embracing more than one (1) of the offenses in the same indictment.Acts 1897, ch. 52, § 2; Shan., § 6696a5; mod.
