Section 40-14-104 - Access of spouse and counsel

The defendant's spouse and counsel, whether the counsel is employed by the defendant or appointed by the court, shall be allowed access to the defendant at all reasonable hours.Code 1858, § 5207; Shan., § 7171; Code 1932, § 11735; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 40-2004.
