Section 40-14-309 - Partial transcript of record

Upon the direction of the court in the case of an indigent defendant or at the request of any party who has agreed to pay the fee for a transcript, a court reporter designated by the court shall transcribe from the original records the parts of the proceedings as are requested in the manner prescribed in the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure.Acts 1965, ch. 221, § 9; 1981, ch. 449, § 2; T.C.A., § 40-2037.
