Section 40-14-311 - Minimum compensation payable to court reporters

The minimum compensation payable to court reporters with at least ten (10) years of experience or court reporters holding the designation licensed court reporter (LCR), as defined in § 20-9-602, issued by the Tennessee board of court reporting is set at the following rates:(1) For a full-day appearance, three hundred fifty dollars ($350); and(2) For a half-day appearance, one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175).Amended by 2019 Tenn.
