Section 40-14-313 - Rules - Application for fees and expenses

The administrative director shall adopt rules to implement this part, which rules shall, among other things, prescribe the form and content of applications for the payment of all court reporter fees and other expenses charged to the state under this part. All applications shall be submitted to, audited and reviewed by the administrative director and shall be paid upon the administrative director's approval of the fees and expenses.Acts 1965, ch. 221, § 13; T.C.A., § 40-2041; Acts 1993, ch. 66, § 66.
