Section 40-19-102 - Forfeiture of fees by clerk

Any clerk of a circuit or criminal court who is guilty of any neglect or omission as stated in § 40-19-101 shall forfeit all tax fees and costs to which the clerk would otherwise be entitled.Code 1858, § 5243 (deriv.
