An offender's participation in any available treatment programs shall be in addition to, and shall not have the effect of reducing or otherwise diminishing, the offender's participation in the full regimen of work, exercise and military-type discipline required by the special alternative incarceration program.Acts 1989, ch. 217, § 3.
