The presiding judge shall also cause to be entered on the minutes of the trial court an order reciting the reasons for the suspension of the sentence and judgment, and providing that the prisoner whose sentence has been so suspended shall, from the date of suspension, be subject to be placed under the control of the commissioner of correction, and, when so placed, shall be subject to all laws, rules and regulations pertaining to convicts on parole.
