Where the prisoner is granted a parole by the board of parole, the parole shall not be in length of time beyond the minimum penalty of the prisoner, and shall not affect the power of the governor to pardon the prisoner.Acts 1915, ch. 135, § 3; Shan., § 7230a13; impl. am.
