Section 40-22-116 - Entry of parole or pardon

The judge of the court, in either case, shall cause to be made a minute entry in the judge's court, reciting the facts and discharging the prisoner, if pardoned, and if paroled, reciting the conditions of the parole and the length of the parole.Acts 1915, ch. 135, § 3; Shan., § 7230a12; Code 1932, § 11832; T.C.A.
