Section 40-26-103 - Admission to bail by appellate court

In case the appropriate appellate court or any appellate court judge shall be of the opinion that under the circumstances stated by the trial judge the trial judge abused discretion in so denying bail, the appellate court or any appellate court judge may admit the person so convicted to bail pending the disposition of the appeal by the appellate court.Acts 1951, ch. 7, § 1 (Williams, § 11651.1); 1976, ch. 774, § 3; impl. am.
