The department of correction shall maintain a database consisting of a registry and associated information of those persons who have been placed on probation or parole in another state but are residing in Tennessee pursuant to the compact for out-of-state supervision, compiled in this part. The registry shall include, at a minimum, the name of the offender and, for each probationer or parolee approved for residence in this state under the interstate compact after May 30, 1997, the offender's photograph. The database shall be placed and maintained on the state of Tennessee's internet website. Acts 2012, ch. 727, § 42.
