Section 40-30-112 - Notice of final judgments by clerk of court

The clerk of the court shall send a copy of the final judgment to the petitioner, the petitioner's counsel of record, any authority imposing restraint on the petitioner and the attorney general and reporter at Nashville.Acts 1995, ch. 207, § 1; T.C.A. § 40-30-212.
