Section 40-31-105 - Surrender of prisoner mandatory

It is lawful and mandatory upon the warden or other official in charge of a penal or correctional institution in this state to give over the person of any inmate of the penal or correctional institution whenever so required by the operation of the agreement on detainer.Acts 1970, ch. 560, § 5; T.C.A., § 40-3905.
