Section 40-32-104 - Penalties

Any person who violates this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisoned in the county jail or workhouse not less than thirty (30) days and not more than eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days.Acts 1973, ch. 318, § 4; T.C.A., § 40-4004; Acts 1989, ch. 591, §§ 1, 6.
