Section 40-33-109 - Claim not filed - Disposition of conveyance

If no claim is interposed, the conveyance shall be forfeited without further proceedings and the conveyance shall be sold or disposed of as provided in this part. The procedure in § 40-33-108 is the sole remedy of any claimant, and no court shall have jurisdiction to interfere therewith by replevin, injunction, supersedeas or in any other manner.Acts 1977, ch. 81, § 4; T.C.A., § 40-4109.
