Section 40-34-106 - Prisoners not exempt from department regulations

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to exempt any prisoner, supervised by the department of correction, from the effect of any disciplinary rules or regulations established by the commissioner of correction.Acts 1979, ch. 386, § 1; T.C.A., § 40-4206.
