Section 40-38-101 - Legislative intent - Short title

(a) The general assembly finds and declares that victims and witnesses shall have certain rights in this state and that they shall be made aware of these rights.(b) This part shall be known and may be cited as the 'Victims' Bill of Rights.'Acts 1990, ch. 957, § 1; 1993, ch. 527, § 1.
