Section 40-38-117 - Victim's right to refuse interview with defendant

Any victim of crime has the right to refuse a request by the defendant, the defendant's attorney or any other person acting on behalf of the defendant for an interview or other communication with the victim.Acts 2000, ch. 785, § 1.
