Section 40-6-211 - Accuseds outside county - Persons to whom warrant issued - Accused brought before magistrate

When the person accused has fled, or resides out of the county where the offense was committed, the warrant may issue to any lawful officer of any county in the state, and the accused may be brought before the magistrate issuing the warrant, or any other magistrate.Code 1858, § 5029 (deriv.
