Section 40-9-128 - Trial for crimes not specified in requisition

After a person has been brought back to this state upon extradition proceedings, the person may be tried in this state for other crimes which the person may be charged with having committed here, as well as that specified in the requisition for the person's extradition.Acts 1951, ch. 240, § 24 (Williams, § 11935.24); T.C.A.
