The warden of the workhouse shall be responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all wages earned by a participating prisoner, and the wages shall be received, disbursed and accounted for in the fashion directed by the finance director of a metropolitan government.Acts 1967, ch. 285, § 8; 1973, ch. 87, § 1; T.C.A., § 41-1251.
