(a) Part I of the roster shall be divided into the following sections: (1) Trusties;(2) Work release;(3) Educational release;(4) Restitutional release;(5) Prerelease;(6) Furloughs; and(7) Paroles.(b) Part I shall also contain an individual section for any other program whereby an inmate may receive the privilege of supervised or unsupervised release into the community.(c) The following information shall be provided in Part I for each inmate listed in Part I: (1) The crime or crimes for which the inmate is incarcerated;(2) The date or dates of conviction;(3) The sentence or sentences imposed;(4) Time served;(5) The effective dates of the privilege;(6) The inmate's security classification;(7) The department facility, if applicable, where the inmate will be housed while the privilege is in effect; and(8) Any governmental entity sharing responsibility for the inmate's supervision while the privilege is in effect.(d) The department is authorized to include such additional information as it determines is needed for clarification or justification of an inmate's participation.Acts 1978, ch. 873, §§ 4, 6; 1980, ch. 721, §§ 1, 3; T.C.A., § 41-2502; T.C.A. § 41-25-102.
