The advance notice prerequisite as required by § 41-21-704 shall not apply to furloughs granted under the authority of § 41-21-227; however, the issuance of those furloughs shall be indicated on the roster published immediately following issuance of the furloughs.Acts 1978, ch. 873, § 5; T.C.A., §§ 41-2505, 41-25-105.
