Section 41-22-111 - Control of inmates retained by state

By no contract shall the care, protection and discipline of the inmates be to any degree surrendered or delegated to anyone other than employees of the state, who, under the supervision of the commissioner of correction, with the approval of the governor, shall have charge and control of all these matters.Acts 1919, ch. 40, § 1; impl. am.
