Section 41-22-208 - Consideration of applications

In the event two (2) or more counties make application for inmate labor, the applications shall be considered in the order in which filed with the commissioner of correction; provided, that the commissioner may reject any application if the commissioner determine that the inmates can be used to better advantage.Acts 1981, ch. 378, § 1; T.C.A., § 41-508.
