Board performance shall be evaluated on the basis of the degree to which TRICOR accomplishes the elements of its mission. Performance shall be reported each year in an annual report by TRICOR through the board to the governor and to the general assembly through the state and local government committee of the senate and the state government committee of the house of representatives.Amended by 2021 Tenn.
