Section 41-4-128 - Accounts of appropriated funds

It is the duty of the county trustee to keep a book in which the trustee keeps an account showing the amounts appropriated from time to time, and also to keep a correct account of all moneys drawn by the sheriff from the contingent fund.Acts 1870-1871, ch. 95, § 2; Shan., § 7389; Code 1932, §11998; T.C.A.
