Section 41-4-143 - Report on prisoners escaping from work details

The sheriff shall within thirty (30) days report to the county legislative body and to the department of correction the name of any prisoner who escapes while serving on a work detail and shall indicate whether the work detail on which the prisoner was serving was supervised or unsupervised.Acts 1986, ch. 744, § 27; T.C.A. § 41-8-117.
