In the event inmates participating in restitution employment programs fail to return to the restitution centers within specified time limits, that failure shall constitute prima facie evidence of escape and shall be punished under the penalties imposed by the laws of this state.Acts 1976, ch. 818, § 8; T.C.A., § 41-2308.
