Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the right of any county to accept any gift, grant or loan of funds or financial or other aid of any form that might otherwise be available to that county from the state or federal government or any agency of the state or federal government or from any other sources or from complying with the terms and conditions of the aid not inconsistent with this chapter.Acts 1981, ch. 491, § 14; T.C.A., § 41-10-114.
