Section 42-1-109 - Dropping objects in flight - Penalty

Any aeronaut or passenger who, while in flight over a thickly inhabited area or over a public gathering within this state, drops any object except loose water or loose sand ballast, commits a Class B misdemeanor.Acts 1923, ch. 30, § 9; Shan.
