(a) It is unlawful for any person or persons to willfully damage, deface or extinguish any beacon, marker, guide light, directional sign, or landing area lights provided or erected in this state for the guidance of aircraft.(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1947, ch. 133, §§ 1, 2; C.
