In carrying out this chapter, the department may use the facilities and services of other agencies of the state and of the municipalities of the state to the utmost extent possible, and agencies and municipalities are authorized and directed to make available their facilities and services.Acts 1957, ch. 374, § 18; 1972, ch. 829, § 21; T.C.A., §§ 42-226, 42-2-125.
