An authority is authorized to adopt, amend and repeal such reasonable resolutions, rules, regulations and orders as it deems necessary for the management, government and use of any airport or air navigation facility owned by it or under its control. No rule, regulation, order or standard prescribed by the department shall be inconsistent with, or contrary to, any act of congress or any regulation promulgated or standard established pursuant thereto or be inconsistent with, or contrary to, any act of the general assembly or any regulation promulgated or standard established pursuant to such act. The authority shall keep on file at the principal office of the authority for public inspection a copy of all its rules and regulations.Acts 1957, ch. 376, § 12; impl. am.
