Section 42-3-120 - Written agreement between peer-to-peer car sharing program and airport

(a) As used in this section, 'peer-to-peer car sharing program' means a business platform that connects vehicle owners with drivers to enable the sharing of vehicles for financial consideration.(b) If a peer-to-peer car sharing program conducts business at an airport or otherwise uses airport facilities, then the program shall enter into a written agreement with an airport, or the entity responsible for regulating commerce at the airport, within this state.Acts 2020, ch. 796, § 3.
