Section 42-6-114 - Regulations and standards controlling over other laws

Whenever the regulations made under authority of this chapter require a lower height of buildings or impose other higher standards than are required in any other law, provision made under regulations or authority of this chapter shall govern.Acts 1945, ch. 74, § 13; C.
