Section 43-10-104 - Label requirements

Each container of agricultural and vegetable seeds that is sold, offered or exposed for sale, distributed or transported within or into this state for seeding purposes shall bear thereon or have attached thereto in a conspicuous place a plainly written or printed label or tag in the English language, giving the information required under §§ 43-10-105 - 43-10-108, which information shall not be modified or denied in the labeling or on another label attached to the container.Acts 1986, ch. 660, § 5.
