Section 43-11-112 - Misbranded fertilizer - Distribution prohibited

Commercial fertilizer is misbranded if it carries a false or misleading statement on the container, on the label attached to the container, or if false or misleading statements concerning the fertilizer are disseminated in any manner or by any means. It is unlawful to distribute a misbranded fertilizer.Acts 1969, ch. 102, § 12; T.C.A., § 43-1132.
