Section 43-11-113 - Rules and regulations

For the enforcement of this part, the commissioner is authorized to prescribe and, after a hearing following due notice, to enforce such rules and regulations relating to the distribution of commercial fertilizers as the commissioner may find necessary to carry into effect the full intent and meaning of this part.Acts 1969, ch. 102, § 13; T.C.A., § 43-1133.
